Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the JobFlow website and services. JobFlow is a registered fictitious name (DBA) of Clyde Dispatch LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By buying from us or using this site, you agree to them.

1. What we do

We design and build websites for local trade businesses — HVAC, plumbing, pool and roofing contractors. What you receive is described on our pricing page and in the order you place.

2. Payment

• Website builds are paid up front, in full, before work starts.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.
• Optional hosting is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

3. Refunds

If you change your mind before we have started building, tell us and we will refund you in full. Once we have delivered a draft of your site for review, the build fee is non-refundable, because the work has been done. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund you.

4. What we need from you

We build from the information you give us in the intake form — your business details, services, hours, service area, and any logo or photos you supply. Two things follow from that:

• The information must be accurate and yours to use. You are responsible for any licence numbers, certifications, review counts or claims you ask us to publish.
• Timelines depend on receiving it. Our stated turnaround starts when we have what we need, not when you pay.

5. Approval before anything goes live

We show you your site before it is published. Nothing is made public until you approve it.

6. Your site, your content

Once you have paid in full, the finished website and its content are yours to use for your business. We keep ownership of the underlying templates, components and tooling we use to build sites, and reuse them for other customers.

We may show your finished site as an example of our work. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

7. Contact forms on your site

Your site includes a contact form so your customers can reach you. It is set up in your own account, and enquiries go directly to you — we do not receive or store them. You are responsible for how you handle the information your customers send you, including any consent you rely on to contact them.

8. Text messages (SMS)

What the programme is. JobFlow (a DBA of Clyde Dispatch LLC) operates a customer care SMS programme. If you opt in, we send you text messages about your enquiry, the status of your website build, questions we need answered to finish it, and reminders for calls you have booked. We do not send marketing or promotional texts, and we never message purchased, rented or scraped lists.

How you opt in. By ticking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our contact form and giving us your mobile number. The box is never pre-ticked, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and build. Message and data rates may apply — these are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.

Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our SMS programme.

Privacy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle your information.

9. Acceptable use

Do not ask us to publish anything unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have the rights to. We may decline or remove such content.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or missed enquiries. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Cancellation

You can cancel optional monthly hosting at any time; it stops at the end of the period you have paid for. We may stop providing services if these Terms are breached.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be handled in Palm Beach County, Florida.
