JobFlow is a registered fictitious name (DBA) of Clyde Dispatch LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what we collect when you visit jobflowsuite.com, contact us, or buy a website from us — and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

• Contact details — your name, business name, email address and phone number, when you submit the contact form or book a call.
• Business details you give us to build your site — services, service area, hours, licence number, logo, photos, brand colours and similar, submitted through our intake form after purchase.
• Payment records — handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and reference, not your card number.
• Usage data — pages visited, referring URL and similar basic analytics.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and schedule a call.
• To design, build and deliver the website you bought.
• To send you updates about your build, and reminders for calls you booked.
• To take payment and keep records we are required to keep.

3. Text messages

We only send text messages to people who have ticked the SMS consent box on our contact form. That box is optional and is never pre-ticked, and consent is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Messages relate to your enquiry, your website build, and calls you have booked. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts to purchased, rented or scraped lists.

4. We do not share SMS opt-in data

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected on this site are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. SMS opt-in information is used solely by JobFlow (Clyde Dispatch LLC) to message you, and is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers those texts on our behalf. No third party receives your number to market to you. This applies to all categories of SMS opt-in data.

5. Who we share other information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that run parts of our business:

• GoHighLevel — customer records, email and SMS.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Tally — form hosting for our intake form.
• Legal or tax authorities, where we are required to.

6. Data security

We protect your information with industry-standard measures. Our site and forms are served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and your data is encrypted in transit and at rest by the providers listed above. Access is limited to the people who need it to deliver your service, and is protected by individual accounts and multi-factor authentication. Payment card details never touch our systems — Stripe handles them. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your information we will notify you as required by law.

7. Lead forms on the websites we build

The websites we build for customers include a contact form so their own customers can reach them. Those forms are set up in the customer's own account, and enquiries submitted through them go to that business directly. We do not receive or store them. That business is responsible for the information its customers send it.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details below.

9. Cookies

Our site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To ask for any of that, email hello@jobflowsuite.com.
